These 5" polystyrene chromatography columns are ideal for any chromatographic work for the extraction of biomolecules as well as other chemicals from a mixture or suspension.
Each column comes with a cap for both the base and the top and a coarse polyethylene frit (90-135 µm porosity) to hold the separation matrix. Simply fill the column with the matrix and allow it to pack via gravity. Add your sample and elute with buffer, collecting fractions as the desired material separates through the matrix.
