Set Up - 50 minutes / Incubation - overnight / Transformation - 90 minutes

Instructions, LyphoCells™ E.coli Purple, ampicillin, IPTG, Chloramphenicol, ReadyPour™ SOC-agar, pCas9-PurpleGuide (plasmid), pCas9-ControlGuide (plasmid), CaCl2, competent cell solution, SOC liquid medium (broth), SOC additive (for ReadyPour ONLY), petri plates (small), petri plates (large), plastic microtipped transfer pipets, wrapped 10 ml pipet (sterile), inoculating loops (sterile), microcentrifuge tubes, 50mL conical tubes

All You Need:

Automatic micropipette (5-50µl) and tips, two water baths (37˚C and 42˚C), incubation oven (optional but recommended), thermometer, centrifuge(s), vortexer (optional), floating racks, pipet pumps or bulbs, ice, marking pens, tape, hot plate or microwave oven, and hot gloves

Storage:
