Luria Broth Media (100 grams)

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

The media contains hydrolyzed casein, yeast extract and salts for the growth of bacteria. Twenty-five grams is added to every liter of distilled water. The liquid media is then autoclaved at 121˚C for 15 minutes.
