For 6 lab groups sharing 3 gels


Time Required:

Electrophoresis - 60 minutes / Staining - 20 minutes / Destaining - 2 hours


Kit Includes:

Instructions, denatured LyphoProtein™ samples, standard protein markers, practice gel loading solution, buffer, Protein InstaStain®, transfer pipets


All You Need:

3 polyacrylamide gels (12%), vertical gel electrophoresis apparatus, power supply, hot plate or burner, white light visualization system, automatic micropipette with fine tips, microtest tube holder, lab glassware, methanol, glacial acetic acid, distilled or deionized water.
