The inside of the Earth is easy to understand with our simple model.

• Students build their model of the Earth out of the colorful parts of the template
• Utilize the model to look at the Earth's structure and how the layers differ
• The model can be used to discuss how earthquakes happen and how life can be found deep underground
• Takes about 20 minutes to build the model!

The model covers: crust, upper mantle, lower mantle, outer (molten) core and inner core.
