Melt and Pour UltraSpec-Agarose™ consists of 0.8% electrophoretic grade UltraSpec-Agarose™ in tris-acetate-EDTA buffer, pH 7.8. The agarose concentration is sufficient for the separation of DNA fragments in the size range of 500-30,000 base pairs and complements the majority of EDVO-Kits that involve DNA electrophoresis.
