All you need: micropipettes to measure between 5 and 50 μl tips, waterbath, thermal cycler, electrophoresis tank and power supply.   For 3 different PCR experiments. Each experiment is for 10 gels (20-30 students).   Set up 30 minutes, PCR 120 minutes or overnight, Electrophoresis 45 minutes.
