O2 consumption is determined by measuring changes in H2O levels in the respirometer using germinating or non-germinating seeds.

Kit includes: instructions, 1 ml pipets, glass beads & peas, potassium hydroxide solution, cork stoppers, absorbent & non-absorbent cotton, vials, parafilm.
All you need: thermometers, 14_ long trays, small weights, timers, 100 ml graduated cylinders, silicon glue, tape, ice.
